O you who turn the wheel

I'm hoping this one is clear. Its supposed to represent the curved surface of a Culture 'Orbital' (think of the Rings from Halo), bathed in the light from a dying star.

Here it is as if you were looking at it on its side.

Its from the ongoing major project at uni illustrating the covers for the Iain M. Banks 'Culture' novels.

Ac-Ri-Lac.

These are two paintings done over some pages of a delightfully morbid Edgar Allan Poe book. The girl is just cos, and the screaming face was done during my college Foundation Course for an illustration project based on an extract from 'Under Milkwood' by Dylan Thomas.

Urban messy charcoal scribbles

Finally worked out how to upload! Hurrah. A few images from an old foundation project showing the loneliness of areas in London that are usually crammed full of people, subways, walkways, high streets, transport etc..
