I have finally started my summer project. We have to make a small black and white booklet about a journey we took over summer, so i am doing mine on the trip to the farne islands i took when i went to the north. The Arctic Terns were angry creatures and attacked us, so i decided that all animals on the island hated us and as they live in the north i thought i would try give all the animals north accents and make them shout northern insults heh. This is 2 pages of my booklet 'meeting the seals' (not sure about composition but meh). More to come soon

Royal-Tea.
Don't you just adore commemorative tea cups? Me too. I particularly enjoy the photocopied faces and the badly printed colours. Oozes style and class, I feel, and makes me really appreciate the royals and their momentous occasions.
Don't you agree?

Nevada Departure
Our first two* designs submitted to Threadless have been accepted for scoring! Support the collective by having a gander, or scoring our submissions if you have a Threadless account. Awesome, that.
View and Score Nevada Departure
*Note from Frost: Bearbattle's voting finished early because it was apparently too shitty. Haha. You can still score the Nevada Departure shirt, which is clearly better.

Creator
This picture is a heart which has a hybrid of flesh and the female body mixed with a flower with petals opening on the left. The figure sleeping in it is supposed to be a child growing inside of it waiting to be born. This picture is meant to represent life being grown using the female form as the creator and the petals showing how precious it is. i use the flesh to show that it is more than skin deep and to make the heart more obvious but with out giving it away from first glance.

I saw Eternity the other night
I saw Eternity the other night,
Like a great ring of pure and endless light,
All calm, as it was bright;
And round beneath it, Time in hours, days, years,
Driven by the spheres
Like a vast shadow moved; in which the world
And all her train were hurled.

New Collective Member: Rick
Another member, more good work. Rick (Richard Yutaka Humphris) aka Glitch is a twenty three year old (born in the year of the Tiger, I'll have you know) Illustration student studying at the University for the Creative Arts in Maidstone and originally from Guildford, Surrey.
He is an illustrator/visual artist. His drawings are drawn from imagination and influenced from organized mess, Space and creatures from under the sea among other things. His preferred medium is pen and digital media.
Ricky also, awesomely, likes to make video art with the influences from electronic, IDM music. Plus, he makes T-shirts that are hand made using stencils pens and paint with the signature 'Glitch'.
Pretty good I dare say.
